After more than 30 years of delighting your taste buds in the Hauts de Loire, our double starred chef Rémy Giraud is taking a well deserved retirement.
Many new projects are waiting for him but he will continue to transmit his passion in our cooking school L’Art des Mets.
It is therefore quite naturally that Dominique Pépin, his second since 1986, takes over.
Outstanding technician and lover of the products of the Loire Valley, Dominique will undoubtedly know how to perpetuate the emblematic kitchen of Rémy while bringing his personal touch to bring our restaurant to new heights.
