Why not combine a relaxing break in the Hauts de Loire with an opportunity to improve your culinary skills with a leading chef? This is the idea behind Rémy Giraud’s Art des Mets programme, which invites both curious participants and those with a passion for gastronomy to spend a few hours at the stoves.
Believing transmission and the sharing of knowledge to be a fundamental part of his role, the chef provides the recipe for a dish that he will then take foodies and curious hedonists through step by step in a dedicated kitchen every Wednesday and Friday. The class culminates in a meal where those participating in the cooking class will get the opportunity to sample the delights they have created.
Sunday is all about sweet treats and gourmet lessons in the company of pastry chef Tom Duclos. The kitchen is also reserved exclusively for budding young pastry chefs in the making once a month.
WEDNESDAY (5-8pm) & FRIDAY (10am/1pm): 1 to 8 people: 130€ per person (including taxes)3h. (2h of class, 1h of tasting* & sharing with the Chef). Private classes: 260€ per person (including taxes) 3h (2h of class, 1h of tasting* & sharing with the Chef).
SUNDAY / ADULT PASTRY (10am/1pm): 1 to 8 people: 90€ per person (including taxes). 3h (2h of class, 1h of tasting* & sharing with the pastry Chef). Children’s pastry (minimum 5 years old): 25€ per Kids (including taxes) / 40 minutes. (Once a Month).
*Tasting, wines not included. After tasting the dish you have cooked, a dessert « à la carte » is graciously offered to you by our Restaurant.
