CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
You can cancel a reservation with no cost up to two weeks before your arrival date. After that, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your reservation. For cancellations made less than one week in advance, no-shows and early departures, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card used for the reservation.
DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
We recommend renting a car to give you freedom of movement. The nearest shops are several kilometres away, and the best way to explore the surrounding areas is by car. We can organise a shuttle bus to and from the train station, and provide you with contact details for drivers if you so wish (please give us 24 hours notice). The immediate vicinity of the estate can also be explored by bike.

A free outdoor car park is available.
CAN I HIRE A BIKE?
Yes, but we ask that you give us 72 hours notice.
WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?
Our guest rooms are guaranteed from 4pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
Yes, if your accommodation has not been reserved after your departure or if you accept to move to an available room.
CAN I ACCESS THE INTERNET ON THE ESTATE?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the hotel.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED IN THE GUEST ROOMS?
Mini bar, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, fresh flowers, still and sparkling water, Bose speaker, kettle, Nespresso machine in suites only.
WHAT KIND OF PILLOWS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL?
The rooms are equipped with synthetic Grand Confort pillows.
During your stay, you can ask at the reception for pillows: Duck feather, Garnier-Thiebaut memory foam or Kipli ergonomic pillows in natural fibres.

IS THE HOTEL ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?
Due to the structure and age of the hotel, we are unable to make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, our hotel does not have any rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, our restaurants are on the ground floor and are therefore wheelchair accessible.
CAN I SMOKE?
Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms and buildings, but you may smoke outside.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Yes, pets (dogs/cats) are welcome at an additional cost of €35/day. They are, however, not permitted in the gastronomic restaurant.
IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE GUEST ROOMS?
Yes, all of the guest rooms are air conditioned.
IS THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, the pool is heated.
DO YOU HAVE A CURRENCY EXCHANGE SERVICE?
Yes, with our reception team.
IS THE SPA ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT RESERVATION?
Reservation is required for access to the Spa. Non-residents must book to use the Spa facilities hammam, sauna and relaxation lounge. (admission 38€ for 1hour).

Yes, the fitness centre is accessible to all of our clients free of charge all day.

A bike, a treadmill, gym ball & weights and a multifunctional exercise bench with guided weights.
CAN I USE THE TENNIS COURT FREE OF CHARGE? DO I NEED TO BOOK?
The tennis court is accessible to our customers free of charge, however you do need to book at the reception desk.
WHAT DAYS IS THE KIDS CLUB OPEN?
Our Kids Club is open on holiday, weekend and public holiday from may to end of september. Prix 12€ per hour.
