Are the rooms suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. The hotel offers a Kids Club for our younger guests, and several room configurations are available to accommodate families. Our team is happy to advise you based on the size and needs of your group.
Is the hotel accessible to guests with reduced mobility?
Due to the structure and age of our building, we are unfortunately unable to provide rooms accessible to guests with reduced mobility. However, our restaurants are located on the ground floor and are therefore wheelchair accessible.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our rooms are guaranteed from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Are pets allowed in the restaurant?
To ensure the best possible service and experience for all our guests, pets are not permitted in our gourmet restaurant. However, they are more than welcome at the bistro.

Les Hauts de Loire is located at 79 rue Gilbert Navard, in Veuzain-sur-Loire (41150), in the heart of the Loire Valley, just 2 hours from Paris by car via the A10 motorway (exit 17 towards Blois). The hotel is also accessible by train—the Onzain-Chaumont-sur-Loire station is 4 km away—or from the Tours TGV station, 40 km away. For those in a hurry, the estate has its own helipad in partnership with Helifirst. Free, secure parking is available to all guests.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, long trousers are required for men during dinner at the gourmet restaurant.
Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?
Yes, the hotel has 2 charging stations, including one Porsche charger. We recommend requesting one when you make your reservation to ensure availability during your stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. After this period, between 7 and 2 days before arrival, 30% of the booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 2 days of arrival, no-show, or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged and is non-refundable. For bookings made at the "Non-cancellable and non-refundable" rate, no refund can be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
