Dining in elegance
Dining in elegance
The elegance of a prestigious table. The refinement of an intimate dining room where glassware and silverware sparkle in the sunlight or by candlelight. It is the full charm of French gastronomic tradition that is brought to the table at Les Hauts de Loire. In winter, fireplaces warm the atmosphere, while in fine weather, the terrace allows you to enjoy the gardens and the mild climate.
On your plate, Chef Arthur Peta’s reinterpretations put a fresh spin on local ingredients, ensuring a feast for the appetite as well as the eyes.

Light and Loire-inspired. Grace, delicacy—what better way to make a point than by seducing every sense, one by one? The sight of a plate by Arthur Peta stirs this emotion, proving, if proof were needed, that sustainable sourcing and a cuisine with a message can also possess rare elegance, pure sensitivity, and, above all, exhilarating flavor. Working with ingredients through varied textures and cooking methods, blending creativity with the foundations of time-honored techniques, he establishes a preserved gastronomic tradition that still has many sublime days ahead at La Table des Hauts de Loire.

Maison des Hauts de Loire products
Les Hauts de Loire is full of gourmet secrets… While out for a walk, just a few hundred meters from the château, you can discover our protected beehives by a pond. These hives provide us with a generous supply of "homemade" honey, which we reserve for our guests at breakfast, for preparing dishes in our two restaurants, and for sale on-site when production allows.
In the backyard of our establishment, you will also find our vegetable gardens, which provide us with a harvest of rare vegetables and seasonal herbs. These crops allow us to give our dishes an inimitable flavor, the signature of our house.
For our desserts, we also craft our own chocolate to offer creations with a level of finesse and indulgence you will only find at our tables.
