Les Hauts de Loire features 36 rooms and suites, spread across three distinct areas: the Château, the Demeure, and the Pavillon. Each area has its own unique atmosphere and architectural style.
What is the difference between the rooms at the Château, the Demeure, and the Pavillon?
The Château rooms, located in the former 19th-century hunting lodge, are spacious and open to nature. The Demeure offers a quintessential Sologne setting, featuring half-timbering and exposed beams. The Pavillon provides more contemporary accommodations in a wooded setting.

Are the rooms suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. The hotel offers a Kids Club for our younger guests, and several room configurations are available to accommodate families. Our team is happy to advise you based on the size and needs of your group.
Are pets allowed in the rooms?
Pets are welcome at the Bistrot, but are not permitted in the gourmet restaurant or on its terrace. For room bookings, please contact the hotel directly to check our pet policy.

Yes, the hotel regularly offers packages and gift sets designed for couples, which may include a stay, a gourmet dinner, and a treatment at the Spa by Clarins. Check the Offers section of our website or contact our team to arrange a personalized stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. After this period, between 7 and 2 days before arrival, 30% of the booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 2 days of arrival, no-show, or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged and is non-refundable. For bookings made at the "Non-cancellable and non-refundable" rate, no refund can be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
Is the hotel accessible to guests with reduced mobility?
Due to the structure and age of our building, we are unfortunately unable to provide rooms accessible to guests with reduced mobility. However, our restaurants are located on the ground floor and are therefore wheelchair accessible.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our rooms are guaranteed from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
