What is the difference between the rooms at the Château, the Demeure, and the Pavillon?
The Château rooms, located in the former 19th-century hunting lodge, are spacious and open onto nature. The Demeure offers a classic Sologne setting with half-timbering and exposed beams. The Pavillon provides more contemporary accommodations in a wooded setting.

Are the rooms suitable for families with children?

Pets are welcome at the Bistro, but are not permitted in the gourmet restaurant or on its terrace. For room stays, please contact the hotel directly to check our pet policy.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. After this period, between 7 and 2 days before arrival, 30% of the booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 2 days of arrival, no-show, or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable. For bookings made at the "Non-cancellable and non-refundable" rate, no refund can be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
Is the hotel accessible to guests with reduced mobility?
Due to the structure and age of our building, we are unfortunately unable to provide rooms accessible to guests with reduced mobility. However, our restaurants are located on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our rooms are guaranteed from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
